1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at 2002 Cup, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request identity verification documents at any time.

The email address and mobile number provided at registration will be permanently linked to your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect any breach of your account security, notify our support team immediately.

• Only one account may be created per mobile number
• A national ID must be submitted upon request by the Company
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Deposits at 2002 Cup can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT; the maximum is subject to the limits of each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. If any suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

2002 Cup offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are granted subject to specific conditions, and wagering requirements must be met before they can be used. Each bonus has its own validity period and terms, which are detailed on the respective bonus offer page.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is issued after the first deposit. Any user found creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules & Fairness

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 2002 Cup reserves the right to void all bets on that game and return the stakes to players. Should any game display erroneous odds or payouts, any resulting winnings will be considered void.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
